NYFW Proenza Schouler

Proenza Schouler's collection is oversized and printed. The colors are cold- cobalt, gray and classic black and white.

Very feminine handbags and rough shoes are creating great oposition.

NYFW AllSaints

All Saints collection is faithfull to brands image. The multiple-leyered looks are looking very sophisticated, even though the fabrics they are made from do not seem so easy to work with.

Leather and wool looks very rough but the final look seem to be fresh, young and bright.

I believe it was one of teh most awaited fashion shows during this FW. Marc for Marc Jacobs collection created by a duet Luella Bartley and Katie Hillier . The responsibility that they took was enormous and I think they meet the target.

The collection is young and fresh. The looks combined from many pieces are referring to sport-chic and Asian style. The dresses with prints, pants, socks, turtlenecks all combined together. All this bringing to my mind a mix of Japanese street fashion of nowadays, thick belts and baggy trousers referring to traditional look of Samurai.

The skirts and pleated dresses shown in new, revised way are stunning. The leayers of textile are giving a great form to the body.

Overall duet of British designers amused with the final effect of their work as audience was applauding them with sincere delight.

NYFW 10th of Feb

My favorite looks from 10th of Feb.

Kenneth Cole and his creative vision of black and white shirt and suit. (hats are awesome!)

Karen Walker and shape of body presented in every single garment. I like the A-line of skirts, simple short dresses, sweats, coats and gawns. I like the colors as well- refering to my understanding of 70s, very wintery yet with live accents.

3.1 Philip Lim accessorizes (the big tote bag with pressed totes sign is my MUST-HAVE) and cequin jacket-dress are making this collection special.

Theyskens Theory's collection is very feminine. The line is making models glamorously slim and chic. I like also the game of black and white- basic colors yet not boring.

Zero + Maria Cornejo presented collection which is looking so warm an cozy. Coats are big and fury, but models wear it with such lightness that I just wish to literally wrap myself with it. Over all kinda sporty style of the collection is making it look comfortable and that is what I am looking for while windy and snowy trip through dark winter streets.

Chapter about Disclosure concert related excitment

Since December I already knew that Disclosure planned official tour around Europe. A friend of mine helped me to decided that if anything will happen nearby Brno, than for sure we need to be there. Not so long ago we found out that there are two events in cities nearby, one in Prague and one in Vienna.

Firstly we have been heading for Vienna as, you know, it is Vienna, but than it appeared that the event is going to be on Sun (office day after concert... owh my God I don't think so....) and will be much more expensive than in Prague (let's face it we are not millionaires) , so I believe you understand decision was actually simple- Prague.

Today I bought the tickets! I am so excited and can't wait till the trip!!! It's gonna be AWESOME!

NYFW Victoria Beckham

I was so excited bout new Victoria Beckham's fashion show and she totally meet my expectiations.

Presented collection a bit masculine, austere lines simple yet meeting all the expectations of present woman. Designer is playing with the plain colors, drapping textiles, creating new shapes and decorating the final result with simple yet chic element of chain.

Set of trousers mixed with skirts as well as moving away from so-called "sucky-sucky" dresses which helped to pull the brand to the rank of fashion house was something fresh and gave a new view on designer and her main line.

It was collection of many great pieces, not bringing her old designs this season I consider as braave and forward thinking as we can see an evolution from brand of preety dresses to fashion house with it's own vision.
